About the Role
We’re seeking a creative, highly organized and results-driven Marketing Manager to own our day-to-day marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically while managing execution. You’ll connect sales-floor insights with broader marketing goals, build effective campaigns and customer relationships, and establish systems that support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing calendar, campaigns, priorities and day-to-day execution.
- Work closely with Sales on lead generation, follow-up, customer communication and relationship nurturing.
- Plan and execute email campaigns, promotions, customer outreach and automated marketing flows.
- Help implement and manage CRM and marketing automation processes.
- Coordinate brand messaging, content and creative across social, website, email and other channels.
- Develop targeted initiatives for homeowners, designers, architects and trade professionals.
- Manage projects and external creative partners from briefing through delivery.
- Measure results, report on key metrics and improve campaigns based on performance.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional marketing experience, in-house or agency
- Strong marketing fundamentals with proven hands-on campaign execution
- Excellent organization, writing, communication and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate across Sales and Marketing while working independently
- Experience with email marketing, digital channels and marketing tools; familiarity with CRM/automation is a plus
- Creative judgment, attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in home design, luxury retail or trade marketing is a plus, not required
