I live in San Diego and I just picked them "out of the blue" because I have many relatives living in Brooklyn and "was I lucky"!!! I thought I had ordered shower head and control that wasn't going to work. I e-mailed and called to try and change the order before shipping. I received replies from both phone and e-mail, confirmed the unit was different than what was shown in the picture. The unit had already shipped. Very timely delivery. Bathroom remodel
I cannot speak highly enough of Home & Stone. I ordered over $5,000.00 worth bathroom fixtures. Needless to say I was a bit worried about trusting such a large purchase to an online order company. I had nothing to be concerned about. My order started arriving within just a few days. Everything was at my home in less than two weeks. When there was a problem with items being flawed, they were very responsive and had a replacement item at my home as promptly as possible. I expected a run around because I was in Virginia and the company is based in New York. I was pleasantly surprised again. Sol was helpful and tirelessly worked to make things right! Don't hesitate to order from Home & Stone. Their prices were the best and on one item that was not the best price, they matched the other companies price. The only warning I must give is be careful ordering Porcher products. Home & Stone took care of the problems that came up but Porcher does not seem to have good quality control and sends out products with flaws. The faucets were beautiful and work wonderfully but their porcelain sinks and toilets are another matter. For the prices Porcher charges for their products I would expect perfection.

I purchased a kitchen from Home and Stone. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again..they were great. I asked that the product be held from shipping for a little while due to my home project. This was done without a problem, and when I asked to have the faucet shipped, it was sent out immediately. Just What I Wanted - And Easy
There are miriad of choices and narrowing down to what I was looking for was simple. I found exactly what I was looking for and when I had a few extra questions about the product before purchasing, my e-mail was responded to the same day !! I received automatic quotes within minutes and when I was ready to order, I just had to go back to the e-mail quote, click on the order link and voila the order was nearly complete! When the product was shipped, the communications I received for a timeframe on when the product would arrive were clear and helpful. David did an extraordinary job!

My great experience
I rarely write tetimonials because I believe that all companies should provide good customer service. I am writing because I received OUTSTANDING service...I worked with David, I feel like I know him(although I don't even know his last name)...I am doing a major remodeling job and purchased a jet spray 6' bathtub, toilets, faucets, sinks etc. David is very knowledgable and professional. He helped me choose exactly what I was looking for at very competitive prices. Everything arrived on time! When you order on line, you always wonder if the products will be as good as they seem....and you worry that no one help you should something goes wrong. When the tub arrived at the jobsite, a pipe was damaged. I called David and that same day a rep (company was from Calif) was on the phone with my contractor, now that's service. Sol gave excellent customer service
I ordered two Robern sconces. One had a scratch on the backplate. I spoke with Sol in customer service and recieved a replacement in about a week. All e-mails were answered very quickly, and I recieved two phone messages letting me know exactly what they were doing with my order. David Saved My Kitchen!!
As usaul I waited until last minute to get a new faucet for my kitchen. My countertops are being installed today 3-13-08. I called and spoke with David on 3-10-08 and he ordered the faucet I wanted but wasn't able to find in Virginia Beach. He assured me it would be in by 3-12-08 and it was! He had it shipped from California and it is Beautiful! After I ordered it from David, I was able to locate it in Virginia Beach for $300.00 more.

I'm pleased.
I received my beautiful Soho 36 vanity sooner than expected, and was happy to find that it was carefully packaged and had no damage. I should mention, however, that the color of the vanity top (trulffle) was not even close to what was shown on the website. It was pretty much solid black, which was actually what I had wanted!

I found the Home & Stone website to be very well organized and easy to navigate. I especially liked the way the prices were displayed, with option costs shown right there so you didn't have to go through more screens to see what the bottom line would be. Their prices are far better than anywhere else I looked, even before the weekend discount. That was another very nice surprise!

I was a little ambivalent buying a large expensive item on-line but this company had good prices and a good service record and I did not know any other way to get a tub by Victoria and Albert so I gambled and won! When all does not go as planed
After searching for weeks for just the right Jacuzzi Bath tub, I found it at Home & Stone (they also had the best price.)
The ordering on line was easy and fast. When I inquired about the shipping (which was free,) the reply came quickly and accurate. However upon arrival the tub was damaged (due to shipping comp.) I had to reject it and send it back. Again I e-mailed and told Home & Stone about the problem they immediately ordered a replacement, informed me of the new arrival time and it got here in time to finish the remodeling in the house. Customer Service is fast and friendly if problems do occur and they work with you to get your purchase as quickly as possible even if there are bumps in the road.

What a great company and great product!
I was so pleased to buy from Home and Stone and have a company stand behind the timelines that were given. We are getting ready to start a bathroom remodel and I originally ordered a vanity/mirror from a different company (back in Nov) and never received my order. So when I saw what I wanted on your website, I was at first reluctant to order given the short amount of time between order and the contractor start (less than 4 weeks). Great Experience!
I think the measure of a company is not how quickly it can place an order, but how it handles any problems that arise. For my kitchen remodel, I used a few different internet sites to order fixtures, hardware, sinks etc. Home and Stone handled the order very efficiently and was very customer service oriented. Unfortunately, during shipment from the manufacturer, one item (the soap dispenser) arrived broken. Mark at Home and Stone was always professional during several of our phone calls and went above and beyond in making sure that this problem was resolved! Unfortunately for me, I did not have a good experience at a different company for other items that I ordered.

I would buy from again
When it came time to remodel our kitchen I was a bit shocked at how much the sinks we wanted were going to cost us at the local big box stores and plumbing supply houses. I decided to look on eBay and came across prices that were too good to be true, it made me skeptical until... I checked the sellers feedback and saw that it was outstanding. There were many repeat customers who had nothing but good things to say. Since I had a tight deadline on my remodel I decided to call the store and talk to someone to make sure what I needed was in fact in stock. I spoke to David and found out that for the sinks I wanted they used the same type of fulfillment process that the local plumbing supply house was going to use, except in this case it was hundreds cheaper. I went ahead with the purchase and sure enough just as described I received the first of my two sinks in 2 days. The second one is coming today from a different warehouse but I have no doubt it will be exactly as described.

COURTEOUS & KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESMAN
The granite in my kitchen had been cut for a Rohl RC3018 white sink. The sink had been on back order for a long time, I was running out of time and options until I contacted Home and Stone. A expert salesman introduced me to a sink from Astracast which happens to be a division of Jacuzzi and it was the same size as the Rohl sink. Astracast Arezzo Fireclay Farmsink AS-AR10 (30 x 18 x 10"). I`m So So Happy. I recieved the sink and its beautiful.

Great service, great price!
I was in search of a certain fire clay since for quite sometime. Every where I searched the prices were nearly 1K. I found this website and got the same item for under $600 plus there wasn't shipping or tax! When it was delivered I was concerned that there would be damage because it's size and weight. The packaging was impressive. There was no way that this item would have been broken/cracked during shipping unless it was dropped from at least 10 feet. Delivery was much quicker than I expected. I would definitely recommend and purchase from this company again.

Blanco Faucet
We ordered a Blanco faucet which was received as ordered. We received a call to confirm that we wanted the faucet that was ordered as a later model had been released. The only issue was the shipping. Although it was acceptable and not too inconvenient, It took longer than I expected.

When our bathroom items were delivered the vanity came damaged and I immediately called Home and Stone to report the damage. They assured me that the following week the vanity will be delivered and not to worry. The truck driver was very helpful. The following week as promised the new vanity arrived. Again the same truck driver was more than helpful in inspecting the vanity for damage. There was none. I also want to thank Mark and Sam for being extremely courteous and helpful. Without them and the truck driver this may have been a disaster. Thank you one and all for making this a very positive experience.

You actually have real people working for you and you make it easy to reach them! I submitted a price request and along with the quote, I received an email with a name, phone #, and email address just in case I needed help. I have to say that this was a nice touch and helped with my decision to order from you.

I had a question after placing my order, so I called the number. I got someone live, but was told that the specialist wasn't available so he'd have to call me back. He called me within the hour, and besides answering my question, he was able to help me with a product that wasn't on your website. AND, he gave me a very competitive price on it.

Finally, I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks for the shipment. One item arrived within a few days; and the other one came in 10 calendar days.

It was a pleasure spending my money with you. I've already told one friend who's in the middle of a remodel about Home & Stone.

I am so incredibly impressed with your company. I ordered a Rohl RC3018 fireclay sink online on Sunday night and it was delivered to my home on Friday. This feat is even more amazing when you consider that the sink left New York and made it to Houston, Texas in that time frame! I would have difficulty driving that far in that few days.

Furthermore, the sink was brand new, in perfect condition, delivered by an amicable person, and at an incredible price with no tax and free shipping. Your company is just amazing!

Might I add that had I ordered the sink on that Sunday night from one of my local ?big box? stores, my delivery options began the following Saturday. Yes, my sink arrived from New Jersey faster than my local store could deliver one. Amazing!

I love my Malibu Cabinet
I took a chance and ordered the Malibu cabinet that I saw on line in a random internet search. The search began when I couldn't find a product in a style that I wanted for a resonable price.
