Quality and Conveinance at Home and Stone
I am in the process of finishing our recently purchased home. I had been looking for some time for the perfect vanity for my powder room. Due to the lack of space; 21" wide, finding the perfect fit was very difficult. I stumbled across home and stone by accident. After typing in my search parameters, "my" vanity popped up on the first search. Because my home isn't finished, I constantly trying to keep my timeline accurate for the contractors. I called customer service @ home and stone to get the anticipated delivery date. The customer service agent was friendly, helpful and very accurate at predicting the estimated delivery date. Though, it has yet to be installed, it is a beautiful piece of furniture. The quality is evident. I am very happy that I found Home and Stone and my new vanity. Thanks!

Hard to find wall tub set
I am very pleased to have done business with you.
I needed a wall mounted tub set and it needed to be in polished nickel.
After I complained that I wasn't informed that the polished nickel had to be specially plated and therefore would take significant additional time, I called David who understood my problem and had the rough in set to me in advance so I was not delayed in having the wall closed, causing me additionally plumbing costs.

Heated towel rail proves best bathroom investment

Awesome Service and Price
My wife and I are remodeling our bathroom and wanted a nice Hansgrohe shower system. Home&Stone had all the exact components we needed to build our dream system at a price that I could not beat anywhere else!

I was very impressed with Home&Stone customer service and their very speedy delivery. I ordered this set off their internet site on a Sunday and was able to call a real person in their showroom the next day to confirm expected delivery. I received my order direct from the manufacturer one week later for all - except one component that arrived a few days later.

Great Customer Service
I have sometimes had difficulty ordering products on the internet that were not in stock. Some companies either are not responsive or mislead under the circumstances.

Not so with Home and Stone and Customer Service representative David. Home and Stone delivered the faucet in stock within two days! of ordering. One faucet was delayed a week and they let me know right away. The other faucet, unfortunately, was backordered from the factory.

David let me know about this right away. He explained exactly how and when (the parameters in simple English so I could understand) I could cancel the order without penalty. When I was able to comply with the method explained to me, my order was immediately cancelled and my card refunded.

What a mature and responsible way to do business. i'm happy to tell everyone and my friends about this very positive over-all experience.

This was our first big item order on line. The restocking fee was scary but we went ahead and ordered the vanity set. It arrived faster than expected but with a missing mirror. I called Dave immediately and took care of it with the manufacture. He called when he said he would and stated the mirror would be shipped. Next thing I knew the mirror was in my driveway. Only Good Things to Say
I found what I was looking for in a bathroom vanity after extensive searching both locally and on-line. Home & Stone had exactly what I wanted for an excellent price, free shipping and a Friday discount...quite a deal. The old saying, "If it's too good to be true, etc." did not apply to Home and Stone. This was both "too good" and "true"!! I spoke to a representative on the phone and he was so very helpful. The vanity arrived within two weeks and it is beautiful. Fantastic Customer Service
I had ordered a sink from their website because I found the one I wanted for $200 less then at local stores. I received the sink within a couple of weeks, but unfortunately the corner of the basin was dented. I called immediately, but given the three hour time difference I got a voicemail. I left a message and I received an email the next morning to call Sol. I called and he actually answered his phone. I sent photos of the damage and within a day or two I received return instructions and return label. Once they received the damaged sink a new one was sent within a week. We got the new one and it is in perfect condition. I was just so pleased at how effortless they made the exchange. It is rare these days to find such exceptional customer service. I plan on using Home & Stone in the future and also plan on telling family and friends to use them as well if they want great products for less and great customer service.

Great selection, great prices and great service!!
I purchased knobs & pulls for my new home recently and can't rave enough about their customer service. Everyone is jealous of my sinks
We are remodeling our kitchen and needed new sinks. We looked at home depot and lowes and for two sinks it was going to cost us over $1300.00. Great customer service and prices -
I am an extremely thorough customer & am happy to report that I'm pleased with the customer service of this site/store and the prices were just as great especially when I was able to utilize the "frenzy" percent off their already low prices. Quick, accurate order fulfillment
The sink we wanted was out of stock at our local kitchen and bath shop, so I turned to the Web. Home & Stone had the sink we wanted in the color we wanted, and was able to deliver it in less than a week for $100 less than the local store, which couldn't deliver it in less than a month. The customer service was great as well?I got an order confirmation in less than 24 hours.

Home and Stone products and customer service
I remodeled my bathroom and in the process removed all the brass fixtures and replaced them with brushed nickel so I was looking for accessories to put on my new granite counter tops that would enhance the new bathroom look. On the home and stone website, I found a lovely porcelain vanity tray with brushed nickel trim. When it arrived after shipping, it was damaged. I called the next day to report the damage, was emailed a fedex return label and the very next day before the damaged product was even picked up, my replacement vanity tray had arrived. Besides the product being of very high quality, their customer service was incredible.

I was very happy with the product. My understanding was that the delivery was free. However you need to know that the delivery service did not want to unload it off the truck and told me it would be an extra fee of about 100 dollars. He did it anyway and placed it in the garage. If this is the understanding you have with this delivery service, it needs to be made known to the customer. I would not have been able to get the furniture off the truck by myself, let alone carry it to the house.

Happy Camper!
I must admit I ordered for the first time from Home & Stone wondering if it would be one of those what-did-I-do transactions. But these are great people. Better be ready to meet your delivery man because they ship lightning fast. I am more than pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of the vanity and the mirror. I have a jewel of a bathroom now. I cannot say enough about this company. We did have a problem with sink size, but, again, supersonic delivery time made that little more than a wrinkle in the scheme of things. (Someone in Habitat for Humanity will benefit from that glitch with the sink, and, trust me, there is plenty of need around here.) I waited a long time for this remodel, and it was worth it. Joe worked with me on a phone-in order and gave me a very competitive price and provided professional customer service with the sale on my special order sinks. Joe sent an email confirmation of the shipment immediately and included a requested courtesy copy email to my office.

Over the weekend I re-read the order and noted a digit was missing from the shipping address street address. His customer service was outstanding as he contacted the vendor and worked to correct the address problem without delay because the order was on shipping dock. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with the vendor and shipping company to get the problem corrected before the order shipped. This relieved me of the hassle of making delivery arrangements with the shipping company...... the order arrived on time.

Joe here at Home and Stone provided me with 100% accurate information concerning my order's anticipated shipping and arrival time. A tracking number can be provided upon request. Time from order to arrival at my residence was 8 days.

I had priced the items I ordered (kitchen sink & faucet) at several of our stores. Great Experience!
I purchased another Blanco sink (my 4th one) from Home and Stone and unfortunately this one was cracked when I received it. The box that it came in was not damaged, only the sink inside. I reported the damage to Sol in customer service, who was most helpful. I placed an order for Porcher shower and sink fixtures and accessories, as well as a Porcher Stanza vanity and sink. My order was placed on a Sunday and actually had the transport driver try to deliver the product to me on Wednesday. Since I wasn't home, the delivery was made the next day. Everything was wrapped securely on a separate pallet with no damage whatsoever. Upon thorough inspection; however, the drawers on the vanity were off square so homeand stone made an additional adjustment against the total price to take care of the issue on our end. I recently purchased a Porcher Sink and Faucet from H&S. They had the best price I could find anywhere online but was initially hesitant on ordering two expensive items from NY. I bit the bullet and gave it a try. I ordered the items on their website and in the notes ask them to send me a lead time estimate. The next morning, I called them to get the lead time estimate thinking that nobody would write me back. In fact, I spoke to the person who actually did write reply to my email and he gave me the estimate. In a week the items showed up and I had the contractor install the units. They look great. Bathroom remodel
I cannot speak highly enough of Home & Stone. I ordered over $5,000.00 worth bathroom fixtures. Needless to say I was a bit worried about trusting such a large purchase to an online order company. I had nothing to be concerned about. My order started arriving within just a few days. Everything was at my home in less than two weeks. When there was a problem with items being flawed, they were very responsive and had a replacement item at my home as promptly as possible. I expected a run around because I was in Virginia and the company is based in New York. I was pleasantly surprised again. Sol was helpful and tirelessly worked to make things right! Don't hesitate to order from Home & Stone. Their prices were the best and on one item that was not the best price, they matched the other companies price. The only warning I must give is be careful ordering Porcher products. Home & Stone took care of the problems that came up but Porcher does not seem to have good quality control and sends out products with flaws. The faucets were beautiful and work wonderfully but their porcelain sinks and toilets are another matter. For the prices Porcher charges for their products I would expect perfection.

I received my beautiful Soho 36 vanity sooner than expected, and was happy to find that it was carefully packaged and had no damage. I should mention, however, that the color of the vanity top (trulffle) was not even close to what was shown on the website. It was pretty much solid black, which was actually what I had wanted!

I found the Home & Stone website to be very well organized and easy to navigate. I especially liked the way the prices were displayed, with option costs shown right there so you didn't have to go through more screens to see what the bottom line would be. I was a little ambivalent buying a large expensive item on-line but this company had good prices and a good service record and I did not know any other way to get a tub by Victoria and Albert so I gambled and won! Joe was wonderful at answering my questions. I was able to get the tub in 2 weeks time when other on-line places were telling me 6 weeks. When all does not go as planed
After searching for weeks for just the right Jacuzzi Bath tub, I found it at Home & Stone (they also had the best price.)
The ordering on line was easy and fast. When I inquired about the shipping (which was free,) the reply came quickly and accurate. However upon arrival the tub was damaged (due to shipping comp.) I had to reject it and send it back. Again I e-mailed and told Home & Stone about the problem they immediately ordered a replacement, informed me of the new arrival time and it got here in time to finish the remodeling in the house. Customer Service is fast and friendly if problems do occur and they work with you to get your purchase as quickly as possible even if there are bumps in the road.

What a great company and great product!

Great Experience!
I think the measure of a company is not how quickly it can place an order, but how it handles any problems that arise. For my kitchen remodel, I used a few different internet sites to order fixtures, hardware, sinks etc. Home and Stone handled the order very efficiently and was very customer service oriented. Unfortunately, during shipment from the manufacturer, one item (the soap dispenser) arrived broken. Mark at Home and Stone was always professional during several of our phone calls and went above and beyond in making sure that this problem was resolved! Unfortunately for me, I did not have a good experience at a different company for other items that I ordered.

I would buy from again
When it came time to remodel our kitchen I was a bit shocked at how much the sinks we wanted were going to cost us at the local big box stores and plumbing supply houses. I decided to look on eBay and came across prices that were too good to be true, it made me skeptical until... I checked the sellers feedback and saw that it was outstanding. There were many repeat customers who had nothing but good things to say. Since I had a tight deadline on my remodel I decided to call the store and talk to someone to make sure what I needed was in fact in stock. I spoke to David and found out that for the sinks I wanted they used the same type of fulfillment process that the local plumbing supply house was going to use, except in this case it was hundreds cheaper. I went ahead with the purchase and sure enough just as described I received the first of my two sinks in 2 days. The second one is coming today from a different warehouse but I have no doubt it will be exactly as described.

COURTEOUS & KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESMAN
The granite in my kitchen had been cut for a Rohl RC3018 white sink. The sink had been on back order for a long time, I was running out of time and options until I contacted Home and Stone. A expert salesman introduced me to a sink from Astracast which happens to be a division of Jacuzzi and it was the same size as the Rohl sink. Astracast Arezzo Fireclay Farmsink AS-AR10 (30 x 18 x 10"). I`m So So Happy. I recieved the sink and its beautiful.

Great service, great price!
I was in search of a certain fire clay since for quite sometime. Every where I searched the prices were nearly 1K. I found this website and got the same item for under $600 plus there wasn't shipping or tax! When it was delivered I was concerned that there would be damage because it's size and weight. The packaging was impressive. There was no way that this item would have been broken/cracked during shipping unless it was dropped from at least 10 feet. Delivery was much quicker than I expected. I would definitely recommend and purchase from this company again.

When our bathroom items were delivered the vanity came damaged and I immediately called Home and Stone to report the damage. They assured me that the following week the vanity will be delivered and not to worry. The truck driver was very helpful. The following week as promised the new vanity arrived. Again the same truck driver was more than helpful in inspecting the vanity for damage. There was none. I also want to thank Mark and Sam for being extremely courteous and helpful. You actually have real people working for you and you make it easy to reach them! I submitted a price request and along with the quote, I received an email with a name, phone #, and email address just in case I needed help. I have to say that this was a nice touch and helped with my decision to order from you.

I had a question after placing my order, so I called the number. I got someone live, but was told that the specialist wasn't available so he'd have to call me back. He called me within the hour, and besides answering my question, he was able to help me with a product that wasn't on your website. AND, he gave me a very competitive price on it.

Finally, I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks for the shipment. One item arrived within a few days; and the other one came in 10 calendar days.

It was a pleasure spending my money with you. I've already told one friend who's in the middle of a remodel about Home & Stone.

I am so incredibly impressed with your company. I ordered a Rohl RC3018 fireclay sink online on Sunday night and it was delivered to my home on Friday. This feat is even more amazing when you consider that the sink left New York and made it to Houston, Texas in that time frame! I would have difficulty driving that far in that few days.

Furthermore, the sink was brand new, in perfect condition, delivered by an amicable person, and at an incredible price with no tax and free shipping. Your company is just amazing!

I love my Malibu Cabinet
I took a chance and ordered the Malibu cabinet that I saw on line in a random internet search. The search began when I couldn't find a product in a style that I wanted for a resonable price.

Experience
I ordered my entire bathroom set from Home and Stone, including the vanity and accessories. I was extremely happy with the way it was all carefully wrapped and protected for shippment. The pieces are beautiful, however I ordered the set based on the lighter wood shown in the picture and the red oak was delivered instead, thankfully it works ok but I also emailed someone about this concern but he never responded. I was not a big fan of the lack of communication or customer service you offer via email and think you should display pictures on your website that look like the product people are ordering. When I was able to get someone on the phone, they couldn't be more helpful and that is truly appreciated.

It is truly a shame that I did not discover Home & Stone before
I shop online frequently, and I consider myself a fairly good judge of online shopping experiences. homeandstone.com is pretty darn good. They ship things quickly, and they have many items in stock . The website, though maybe not layed out the best or has the most functionality, definitely does get the job done. I purchased a Whitehaus WHC-5020 from them, mainly because I was too lazy to go to a store but actually the had the best price out there, and it worked out well. It came when expected, they called and scheduled a time for delivery. I had it installed the next day, no problems, and nothing missing.

letter of thanks and gratitude
I just wanted to take the time to say that my experience with home and stone and the personel that work there has been a very positive one. I recently made a sizable order to redo two bathrooms in my home. Dave in sales, over the phone helped me manuver through the website and we were able to put together some out of this world bathrooms. First of all the products are outstanding in quality. I couldn't be more happy with them. Well maybe if someone else paid for them but aside from that, its all good. Again, I need to address daves help in this. He was really knowledgable and positive and noncondescending with my obvious lack of knowledge in the area of bathroom design. There were tons of doodads and gizmos needed to finish the project and everyhthing was ordered perfectly. That never happens. Anyway, I did run into a couple of snaphews and Frank in customer service must be Daves clone because he did everything he could do to make me a happy customer. --and I am.
