Change or Cancel an Open Order

If your order has not been shipped yet, either from the manufacturer to us, or you,  you may change or cancel your order at anytime (some exclusions apply). Once it has been  shipped, you will be subject to a restocking fee (see our complete list of  restocking Fees) and will have to follow the return instructions above (see our  Return Policies). Special or custom orders may not be canceled
