Return Policy

To make a Return/ Exchange, you must call us for a Return Authorization number (RGA#) by calling toll free our Customer Service at 800-853-3077. The returns department will process your request with the manufacturer (this can take up to two weeks). Once processed and authorized, the returns department will send you instructions via email on how to return/exchange the item.

  1. There is a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for the freight charge on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage, as long as it's within 30 days of the date you received it.
  2. There is a 50% restocking fee plus a freight charge on the following products.

    • ROBERN
    • RUBINET
    • SAVOY HOUSE
    • ST THOMAS CREATIONS
    • STONE FOREST
    • URBAN ARCHEOLOGY

    There are no returns accepted from the following manufacturers.
    • ALLSTONE
    • COYOTE
    • EDGAR BEREBI
    • HERBEAU
    • SAMUEL HEATH
  3. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for any item after installation.
  4. All items being returned/ Exchanges must be in the original packaging as shipped to you.
  5. Any custom ordered products or finishes are not returnable.
  6. If you are returning defective or damaged items for a replacement you will be credited once the item(s) is received and inspected.

Product Inspection and Freight Damages

We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping by the freight company.

  1. Upon delivery, inspect the outer box for any visual signs of damage. If there is obvious damage to the unit, refuse it and immediately notify us at 1.800.853.3077. You must notate on the Bill of Lading that the refusal is due to shipping damage.
  2. You must remove the packaging and inspect the content(s) for any physical damage in the presence of the driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt (both yours and the drivers copy). However, you should ALWAYS note on the Bill of lading: "MERCHANDISE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION". This protects you against concealed freight damage.
  3. If the item(s) is accepted, content(s) inspection must be done immediately. Should concealed damage be found, contact us within 48 hours. Simply writing "MERCHANDISE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" does not exempt you from inspecting the item(s) and notifying us within 48 hours of the problem.
  4. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not notate any damage, or follow these instructions the unit becomes your property. We can not be responsible for any freight claims or refunds and there is no further action that can be taken on your behalf.
  5. All items received via UPS or FedEx must be inspected within 48 hours. We cannot honor any claims for damages after 48 hours.

Again, please inspect the delivered merchandise as soon as possible. If there is any damage, be sure to notify us and note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at (800)853-3077.


Change or Cancel an Open Order

If your order has not been shipped yet, either from us or from the manufacturer to us you may change or cancel your order at anytime. Once it has been shipped, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for any items that are not defective or damaged during shipping. Special or custom orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing the order. No returns or exchanges are allowed on special or custom orders beyond the first 24 hours of placing your order.
